Does it come with everything I need?

Yes. Every robe comes with the built-in heating pad, the heat controller and the USB cable. Plug it into any USB wall adapter, or into a USB power bank (not included) to move around freely.

Do I need a power bank?

No. It heats when plugged into any USB wall adapter, like a phone charger. To stay warm while moving around, you can also plug it into a USB power bank (not included).

Is it safe?

The heating pad runs on low-voltage USB power and warms gently. Always follow the instructions in the box and switch it off when you’re not wearing it.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Switch it off and remove the controller and cable, then follow the care label. We recommend a gentle cycle and air drying.

How long does shipping take?

Each robe is made to order: allow 1 to 2 weeks for making and preparation, then delivery within 10 business days (3 to 5 business days with priority shipping). Tracked shipping is free and your tracking number arrives by email as soon as it ships.

What size should I get?

One adult size that fits most: a relaxed, roomy fit with space over pajamas, and a big hood. Not available in kids’ sizes.

Can I return it?

Yes. If it isn’t love at first wear, you have 30 days after delivery to return it. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity also applies.
