Each robe is made to order: 1 to 2 weeks of making and preparation, then delivery within 10 business days (3 to 5 with priority shipping). Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as it ships: track your parcel here.
Sorry about that! Write to us with your order number and a photo of the problem: we’ll offer a replacement or a refund. Your robe has the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. 1) Write to us below with your order number. 2) We send you the address and steps within 24 business hours. 3) As soon as we receive the return, we refund you to your original payment method, within 14 days at most.
