I didn't get a tracking number

It's sent as soon as the package ships, usually within 2 business days. Check your spam folder, then email us if nothing arrived.

My tracking stopped updating

Tracking can stay quiet for several days between carriers. If nothing moves for a long time, email us your order number and we'll chase the carrier.

Marked delivered, but nothing arrived

Check with neighbors, your mailroom or around the door. Still nothing the next day? Email us and we'll open a claim.
